ok my toilet tank just started to kept leaking inside the tank to the bowl and it made itself automatically sometimes flush when a certain amount of water leaked into the bowl, please i need serious help to get it fix

Flapper may not be sealing. If it’s old and crumbly, it’s usually an inexpensive fix. Home improvement stores have replacement parts. If you just want to get some sleep without the noise of the intermittent flushing, temporarily turn off the water supply valve until you can replace the flapper. Of course, you’ll have to turn it on again to refill the tank.
